JOB TITLE: WMA Legal Advisor
JOB TYPE: Appointed by the WMA Council
NAME: Marie COLEGRAVE-JUGE, seconded by the CNOM, France since October 2016
THE MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• General legal advisor advising independently the President, the Chair of Council and
the Secretary General on legal matters.
• Parliamentary council of the Executive Committee meetings, Council and General
Assembly sessions.
• General legal advisor on legal issues for WMA Secretariat especially related with
French law and EU data protection’s new regulation implementation.
• Ability to advice on legal issues pertaining to WMA matters for WMA members in the
three working languages: English, French and Spanish.
