Subject: Seventy-seventh Session of the WHO Regional Committee for South-East
Asia, New Delhi, India, 7-9 October 2024
I am pleased to inform you that the Seventy-seventh Session of the WHO Regional Committee
for South-East Asia will be held at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi, India, from Monday, 7 October 2024
to Wednesday, 9 October 2024.
I have the honour to invite you or your representative to attend the business sessions of this
important meeting. A copy of the Provisional Agenda of the Session along with an Information Note
is enclosed for your information.
In case the representatives of Nongovernmental Organizations in official relations with WHO
wish to make a statement during the session, the representative may please complete the enclosed
‘Request Sheet’ and send it, along with a copy of the statement (oral/written), to seaprm@who.int
latest by 27 September 2024 (attached ‘Information Note’ may be referred for detailed information).
Please note that the registration for this session is to be done online at our website:
https://indico.un.org/e/SEAR/RC77 You or your representative are requested to register as ‘Non-State
Actors in Official Relations with WHO’ under ‘Representation Type’. Registration formalities should be
completed on-line, no later than 27 September 2024.
