Subject: Seventy-first Session of the WHO Regional Committee for
South-East Asia, New Delhi, 3-7 September 2018
The Seventy-first Session of the Regional Committee for South-East Asia will be held at the
Taj Mahal Hotel, Man Singh Road, New Delhi from Monday, 3 September 2018 to Friday, 7
September 2018. The business session will begin in the afternoon of 03 September 2018, at 1400
hours.
I have the honour to invite you or your representative to attend the business sessions of this
important meeting from 3 to 7 September 2018. In view of the paucity of space inside the Plenary
Hall, limited participation from your respective organization is encouraged. Also, WHO will not
meet the expenses related to your attendance.
Please note that the registration for this session is to be done online at our website:
http://apps.searo.who.int/eRegistration. Registration formalities should be completed on-line, not
later than 31 July 2018.
Copies of the Provisional Agenda, Tentative Programme of the session and an information
sheet are enclosed. In case you wish to make a statement during the session, please complete
the enclosed ‘Request Sheet’ and send us a copy of your statement latest by 3 August 2018.
