format). Please follow these guidelines when submitting your NMA’s comments:
1. Format
1.1 General comments about the document
Provide concise and clear general comments regarding your NMA’s view on the
scope and content of the proposed document. If possible, indicate whether your
NMA would be able to support the document in its current or amended form. If
your NMA is of the opinion that the document should not be further pursued,
clearly state the fact.
1.2 Specific comments on the text of the document
Using the text of the electronic version provided (without altering the original
paragraph numbers), indicate your NMA’s suggested changes by:
– Bold underlined print to indicate ADDITIONS to the text. Use the exact
language your NMA proposes for the final text.
– Strikethrough to indicate text that should be DELETED.
– When re-arrangement of paragraphs or sentences is suggested, use CAPITAL
LETTERS to explain which paragraph or part of the text should be moved to
another location.
– PLEASE DO NOT USE track changes function in MS word.
2. Submission of comments
Please send your comments in one of two formats:
– an electronic version to secretariat@wma.net (if possible, make use of the same
